Schedule tasks with start/end dates and dependencies on the Gantt chart, scan due dates on the workspace calendar, and keep board status in sync.

Project Gantt chart
Inside a project, open Gantt from the project menu. Tasks with start and end dates render as bars. Drag bar edges to reschedule. Link tasks to create finish-to-start dependencies—downstream dates shift when upstream slips.
Workspace calendar
- Calendar aggregates due dates across all projects you can access—not one project at a time.
- Click an item to jump to the task, bug, or feature detail sheet.
- Pair calendar with saved workload reports to balance assignees before deadline weeks.
Planning hub (organization level)
The Planning section provides a cross-project view of upcoming work and capacity. Use it in weekly planning sessions alongside Sales weighted forecast and project throughput reports for a full delivery + revenue picture.
