Unified work items

Every deliverable—task, bug, or feature—is a work item with status, priority, assignee, dates, tags, and comments. Changing status on the board updates the Gantt bar and report filters instantly.

  • Tasks: general delivery work and chores.
  • Bugs: defects with environment and severity fields.
  • Features: scoped capabilities linked to test cases.

Board and list views

The Kanban board groups items by workflow column. Drag cards to advance status; open the sheet for full detail. List view suits bulk edits and sorting by due date or priority.

Per-project configuration

  1. 1

    Workflow columns

Settings → Workflow: rename, reorder, or add columns. Map done states for reporting.

  2. 2

    Tags and defaults

Define tag palettes and default assignee or priority for new items.

  3. 3

    Members and access

Control who sees the project; guests can be limited to specific hubs (e.g. testing only).
