• Functional / preference: remember language selection and optional “remember me” on trusted devices.
• Security (when enabled): Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies to distinguish humans from bots on registration and login.

Cookies we may set

The exact cookies depend on features you use and administrator settings. Representative examples:

• pf_locale — stores your language preference for marketing and app UI — duration: up to 1 year — category: preference.
• pf-remember-me — records whether you chose persistent login on this browser — duration: session or up to 1 year — category: functional.
• sb-* (Supabase auth) — authentication session tokens required to keep you signed in — duration: session or configured max age — category: strictly necessary.
• pf_portal_customer_id — remembers selected customer context in the multi-customer portal — duration: up to 1 year — category: functional.
• _GRECAPTCHA / related Google cookies — when reCAPTCHA is enabled on auth forms — duration: per Google policy — category: security / third party.

Third-party cookies

When bot protection is enabled, Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) may process technical data including IP address and interaction signals under Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms. We enable reCAPTCHA only where configured by platform administrators.

Managing cookies

• Browser settings: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent login.
• Sign out and clear site data to remove session cookies from your device.
• Language preference can be changed via the in-app language switcher, which updates pf_locale.

Legal basis (KVKK / ePrivacy)

Strictly necessary cookies are used based on legitimate interest and contractual necessity to deliver the service you request. Non-essential cookies, where implemented with consent banners in the future, will rely on explicit consent where required by law.
