Enable portal for a contact
- 1
CRM contact record
Open CRM → Customers → select customer → Contacts. Edit a contact and enable portal access. The contact receives an invite email to set a password.
- 2
Portal login
Contacts sign in at /portal with their email. They see only customers they are linked to—internal org members with portal access can switch customers from the header.
Customer self-service areas
- Requests: create tickets with subject, description, and attachments; filter by open, waiting, or resolved.
- Contracts: view active agreements, line items, SLA policy name, download signed PDFs.
- Invoices: list issued invoices with PDF download—same documents finance issued internally.
Internal agent workflow
Support agents work in Support → Tickets with full SLA timers. Convert ticket to bug or task links portal context to a project. Resolution updates flow back to the portal status the customer sees.
