Pipeline value is not revenue—track both
Leadership asks two different questions: "What will we close?" and "What did we bill?" Mixing them in one spreadsheet column creates false confidence. Projectman Revenue insights shows issued revenue (from CRM invoices), weighted open forecast (from deal stages), and won deal value in parallel—with charts that link to the underlying records.
KPI cards that drill down on click
- Issued revenue trend: monthly billed amount; click a month to open filtered invoices.
- Weighted forecast: sum of open deals × stage probability; click to view pipeline.
- Conversion rate and lost deals: close-rate health for the selected 3/6/12-month window.
Funnel, leaderboard, and source charts
- Deals by stage funnel: open count and value per pipeline stage—click a segment to filter deals.
- Top performers: owners ranked by won value—click a row to see that rep's deals.
- Deal sources: pie or bar of inbound vs partner vs referral—click to filter by source tag.
